Israeli brunch

I would definitely say that Middle Eastern food is one of my to go to cuisines. It usually involves a lot of veg, acidity, spices and pickles so it’s not particularly heavy in comparison with many other cuisines. I just never get tired of it and I absolutely love the layering of flavours and textures. But, the best bits are all the dips! I LOVE DIPS! So if you’re invited to mine for brunch you know what to expect.
