Squid ink pasta

Pasta making is really like therapy for me. I just love every step of making it. This summer I made a squid ink pasta dish with steamed clams, top nettles, Camden Ale and sweetcorn which was delicious. It’s a very summery dish and I cant wait to make it again. Will share the recipe then.. Muggy.
