Sourdough with sprouted buckwheat and poppy seeds
I have become completely obsessed with sourdough. I love the entire process (even though it’s an attention seeker like no other), it amazes me what you can make with flour, salt, water and (lots of) time. This weekend I made two different breads, one lot with wholemeal and sprouted buckwheat and another rye version with poppy seeds. Once I have upped my skills on the whole process and tried and tested ideas I will share the whole process and recipes. Bear with me! Here are some photos in the meantime.
